This is with thanks to a focal length equivalent of 35mm. And what’s more, with a fast maximum aperture of f/1.4 you can shoot hand-held in low light conditions and create beautiful bokeh for artistic images. Ensuring smooth bokeh, even when shooting portraits or products, is the rounded seven-blade diaphragm. This is further enhanced with one aspherical element which works to minimise chromatic aberrations and produce high image sharpness. Better still, the multi-layer High Transmittance Electron Beam Coating (HT-EBC) works to protect the front lens surface as well as reduce flare and ghosting.
