The glass in the front door allows you to monitor the progress of your foods cooking without losing any of the heat from the inside of the oven. Both of the ovens have been fitted with Catalytic Liners. The liners attract grease and dirt before burning them away. This model has been fitted with a Flame Failure Device which cuts the gas supply should the flame ever blow out.
