The 4 heating zones are laid out in a linear form to provide greater access and control. This is a powerful highly specified and extremely efficient model that would be the ideal solution for a breakfast bar galley or island installation. The hob contains 4 Induction/ heating zones laid out in a linear pattern each zone has a 17 stage fully variable Electronic power regulator controlled by Direct Select operation and includes electronic power level display which is ideal for making fine heating adjustments. A Power Boost setting is available on all zones for times when a little extra power is required and each zone is fitted with a timer control and a 2 stage residual heat indicator. The hob comes with a number of safety features; including Automatic Pan Detection which ensures that the heating zones power-up only when a suitable steel or iron cooking vessel is detected and a Small Utensil Detector designed to prevent the hob from heating any utensils placed on the cooking surface. Additionally a safety cut-out switch-off feature protects the hob from power overloads and a safety lock guards against unintentionally switching on the hob.
