The Gram 7 Rucksack from Haglofs is a hydration pack which would be a great companion for the serious runners and cyclists as well as the not so serious runners and cyclists. A lot of attention to detail has gone into this small pack, a perfect example would be the hydration bladder is in its own compartment, this helps protect your bladder pack as well as your other belongings just in case there might be a leak but there are also different attachment points to accomodate different types of bladder as opposed to just assuming one attachment fits all.
