The Women's Airlite 26 SL from Deuter is an ideal sized rucksack for hiking, biking and city day-tripping. With 26 litres of capacity it is large enough to stash lunches and extra layers along with a few other essentials but it isn't so big that it should become a hindrance when exploring busy spots. It boasts a SlimLine (SL) back system that is slightly narrower and shorter than standard packs to accomodate the more petite adventurers of the world while anatomically shaped hip fins are comfortable and more accomodating to the variable shape of female hips. The SL back system also features narrower and shorter shoulder straps to help avoid any slippage and ensure comfort when carrying the pack.The stretch mesh pockets on the side of the pack are ideal for bulkier items such as water bottles while the front stretch pocket is perfect for stashing smaller items that you need quick access to whatever the weather such as hats and/or gloves. There is a zipped pocket on the hipbelt fin that is great for snack bars, tissues or a camera/GPS unit so that you will always have exactly what you need to hand when you need it.A raincover for the pack is included, stowed away in its own zipped pocket so that its easy to pull out when the rain starts and a reflective loop at the bottom of the pack is perfect for attaching a safety light which is important when heading out, hiking or biking, in low visibility conditions, be it dark or foggy.
