Nigor Spix Tent Orange

A high-spec, four-season tent designed for the extreme. Nigor have developed the Spix Tent in co-operation with Jake Lah, the founder of DAC, using the most advanced materials and components available.The four-pole tunnel design is strong and stable. DAC’s 13.55-millimetre PL poles are a third heavier than their NSL 9.6-millimetre NSL poles but are twice as strong and almost three times stiffer. PL poles also have extreme elasticity which means their ability to flex without breaking and without losing their straightness is unmatched. The Spix can also be used with a double pole set.Nigor's GorLyn 40 flysheet fabric is made from nylon with a yarn thickness of 40 denier, making it tough enough to support you in the most difficult conditions. Points of high stress are reinforced with GorNyma for extra strength. Panels are constructed using FabVue, Nigor's breathable transparent fabric, to deliver a combination of external views and excellent ventilation. The tent floor is made from a nylon ripstop with a TPU coating to give it a hydrostatic waterproof rating of 10,000mm.The Spix offers space to comfortably sleep three people as well as store their gear. The ventilation openings in the flysheet can be zipped closed to seal out the weather or zipped open for extra ventilation or to easily scoop snow.
