The Men's Vega Jacket is designed around a tailored active alpine cut and a grown-on Half Dome hood to give complete upper body insulation.Based upon their Full Dome Hood, but using a combination of box-wall baffles in the over-crown and stitch-through baffles everywhere else, Mountain Equipment's Half Dome Hood matches warmth with low weight. With similar internal volume but with a slightly lower front collar, it can accommodate climbing helmets when needed and also features an internal EXL elasticated lining to increase warmth and act as an internal volume self-adjuster.
