Resistance in each cylinder can be adjusted up to 50 kg in 2.25-kg increments. Range of motion is optimal even at high intensities. The cylinders ensure jerk-free and extremely smooth motion. Sheathed steel cables and high-quality pulleys provide optimal power transfer, letting you perform all exercises with comfort and precision, while concentrating on form.
